Bedroom 1 - Main Level
Showcasing a full-size bed (5-inch Salem Mattress), bunk bed (with three beds - each with 4-inch mattresses) and two folding foam mattresses, provides the bedding; and the wall mount air conditioner keeps things comfortable for your large group
Bedroom 2 - Master Bedroom
Large spacious Master bedroom includes a Full-size bed (5-inch Salem Mattress) with a pullout single bed underneath. The futon couch folds down to a single bed and a folding mattress helps accommodate your additional guests. The room has a private bathroom and computer table. The window air conditioner keeps things comfortable for everyone.
This is located in a private subdivision, so there are no noisy jeepneys, motorcycles, or tricycles going by this condo. There is a garden right out front of the unit that makes it a safe place for kids to play and for the family to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.
Go for quiet walks anytime in this safe neighborhood with roving security and gated entry.
Guests have access to the community pool. What's nice is that this pool hardly ever gets crowded.
Pool usage cost per day is Php 200 adults and Php 100 for children. This is a separate fee paid directly to the club house.

Parking is FREE. No in/out fees like those high-rise condo buildings and no parking on the open street.
One parking spot is reserved for our unit in front of building "D" (space 302). Additional guest vehicles may park in the open parking area shown on the map. The entire area is watched by a security guard at night to ensure your safety and security of your vehicles.
